暑期延时开放于8月31日结束后，游客应以馆方常规规则及最新临时通知为准：周二至周日9:00开放，16:30停止入馆，17:00闭馆，个人最长提前5天预约。
After the summer extended-hours period ends on August 31, visitors should follow the museum's regular rules and any newer notice: Tuesday-Sunday opening at 09:00, last entry 16:30, closing 17:00, with individual booking up to five days ahead.
9月先按常规开放规则规划
馆方公布的常规开放时间为周二至周日9:00开馆、16:30停止入馆、17:00闭馆，每周一闭馆，法定节假日除外。暑期延时安排截至8月31日，9月行程不能继续照搬暑期夜间开放时间。
若馆方后续发布临时延时、闭馆或活动通知，应以后发布的信息为准。建议把参观安排在上午或下午较早时段，并在出发当天查看官方渠道。
预约渠道和爽约规则
官方唯一预约渠道为“畅游景德镇”微信小程序，个人在有名额时最长可提前5天预约；团队须提前24小时至7天提交。无预约观众不能入馆，不要购买第三方所谓有偿代预约。
个人累计爽约3次及以上、团队累计爽约2次及以上可能被限制预约。行程改变时应及时取消，为其他游客释放名额。
外籍游客先确认核验方式
馆方规则强调实名预约和实体证件核验，并明确常规闸机以本人实体身份证为凭证。持外国护照、港澳台证件或其他旅行证件的游客，不应假设可直接使用同一闸机流程。
建议在预约前通过博物馆官方渠道确认可录入的证件类型及现场人工核验位置，携带预约记录与证件原件并提前到达。多语种导游可协助沟通，但不能替代证件核验。
Plan September around regular hours
The museum's regular schedule is Tuesday through Sunday, opening at 09:00, last entry at 16:30 and closing at 17:00, with Monday closure except statutory holidays. The summer extended-hours arrangement ends August 31, so September plans should not copy evening hours from summer posts.
Any later temporary extension, closure or event notice takes precedence. Choose morning or early afternoon and recheck official channels on the day.
Booking channel and no-show rules
The sole official booking channel is the Travel Jingdezhen WeChat mini-program. Individuals may reserve up to five days ahead when slots are available; groups apply 24 hours to seven days ahead. Entry without a reservation is not permitted, and paid third-party reservation offers are not authorized.
Three individual no-shows or two group no-shows may trigger booking restrictions. Cancel promptly when plans change.
Foreign visitors should confirm ID verification
Published rules require real-name booking and physical-ID checks, and describe the normal gate as accepting the visitor's physical Chinese identity card. Passport and other travel-document holders should not assume the same automated gate process applies.
Before booking, ask the museum's official channel which document types can be registered and where manual verification occurs. Bring the original document and booking record and arrive early. A multilingual guide may assist communication but cannot replace identity checks.
