China Railway says the 2026 Mid-Autumn and National Day transport period runs September 23–October 8 for 16 days, with October 1 expected to be the peak. Jingdezhen travelers should verify trains, waitlists and added services through Railway 12306.
Confirmed transport window
China Railway's September 10 information sets the holiday transport period from September 23 through October 8 and expects the peak on October 1. Popular directions and convenient arrival times may be tighter.
This is a national plan, not a promise of seats on every Jingdezhen service or guaranteed success from a third-party ticket seller.
Ticketing order
Use Railway 12306 to check the actual stop—such as Jingdezhen North or Fuliang East—acceptable arrival windows and alternative dates. If sold out, read the official waitlist rules and watch only formally announced added services.
Do not give a passport image, account, verification code or payment password to an 'internal ticket' intermediary. International travelers must keep name, document type and number identical to the travel document.
Keep the station transfer flexible
After ticketing, send train, date, station, ETA, exit, group size and luggage to the hotel or driver. Holiday delays, exit changes and road congestion require a waiting rule and backup meeting point.
On arrival, follow station signs for the correct plaza and transport zone before meeting a bus, taxi or app car. Keep at least one delay buffer before a timed attraction rather than booking immediate entry.
