The October 6 report says Zhushan disclosed prices for 802 hotels and homestays and promoted pricing commitments. The disclosure does not replace a guest's order; checkout, extensions and date changes still require written checks.
What a disclosure proves
The report says Zhushan disclosed prices for 802 hotels and homestays, encouraged pricing commitments and conducted enforcement. This supports comparison but does not make every room, platform package and extra identical.
Keep property, operator, room, occupancy, dates, breakfast, deposit, taxes, cancellation and passport-guest confirmation.
Reconfirm the total for changes
For a room move, late checkout, extra bed or extension, request the amount and conditions in the order, message or receipt. A headline nightly rate excludes possible platform, breakfast, parking and holiday terms.
Match international guest names to passports. Homestays, studios and private homes still need required temporary accommodation registration.
Fix evidence before a complaint
Capture the displayed price and terms and retain order, payment, chat, invoice or receipt before contacting the property and platform. Use 12315, 12345 or the contract when needed.
Prices may lawfully change after October 7. Judge the transaction by the promise and rules when booked, not by making a holiday disclosure permanent.
