Police notices set restrictions around Taobocheng from 06:00 to 13:00 on October 18, plus dynamic controls near Taoxichuan from 19:00 to 20:00 on October 17 and 19:30 to 20:30 on October 18–19. Visitors should use legal outer-zone pickup points and follow live signs and officers.
Taobocheng and Taoxichuan have separate windows
From 06:00 to 13:00 on October 18, controls apply around the venue on roads including Yingbin Avenue, Beiqi Avenue, Hongyuan First Road and Sishan Road. Event vehicles need a traffic pass; an ordinary exhibition booking is not a vehicle permit.
Taoxichuan controls run 19:00–20:00 on October 17 and 19:30–20:30 on October 18 and 19, with live adjustment. Navigation apps may lag behind on-site measures.
Choose an outer-zone meeting point before the evening
The notice restricts motor vehicles on specified sections of Zhushan Avenue, Xinchang Road and Taoyang West Road, with non-motor traffic also limited on part of the area. Taxis, ride-hailing and private cars should use a legal pickup outside the control zone, with the same Chinese place name and phone saved by both sides.
Do not stop in traffic lanes, fire routes, event exits or junctions. E-bikes and motorcycles must use designated areas outside the controlled zone.
A program's end time is not your departure time
Crowd dispersal, the walk to an outer pickup, vehicle dispatch and detours all require time. For a same-night train or flight, work backward from security, manual passport checks and fragile baggage, and leave early if necessary.
