The museum says it will open October 18–22, including Monday October 19, from 09:00 to 17:00 with last admission at 16:30. Visitors must make a real-name reservation through the official Changyou Jingdezhen mini-program; international passport handling should be confirmed in advance.
Monday is an explicit exception this time
The notice confirms normal opening from October 18 to 22, including Monday October 19, from 09:00 to 17:00 with last admission at 16:30. This exception applies to the announced period and does not make every future Monday an opening day.
Match every traveler to the correct date and time slot. A screenshot or another person's booking is not admission. Temporary galleries, tours, luggage and accessibility still need separate confirmation.
Official booking and document limits
The museum identifies the Changyou Jingdezhen mini-program as its only official booking channel and requires real-name, timed verification. The notice refers to original Chinese ID but does not explain foreign-passport handling, so international visitors should ask the museum about passport booking, manual checks and group entry before fixing the day.
Never buy an alleged no-reservation slot from an individual or send a full passport page, one-time code or booking QR to an unverified agent.
Combining the museum with the fair
The museum, Taobocheng and Taoxichuan do not share one entrance. Choose one principal fair district and use the museum as the other half-day, leaving time for security, queues, rides and fragile purchases.
If a slot is missed or crowd control changes access, follow the museum and on-site management. An interpreter may help communicate but cannot replace a real-name booking or create eligibility.
