景德镇市政府9月28日发布，假期在景东、景南、景西、景北四个高速出入口设置志愿服务站，为自驾游客提供路线指引、文旅咨询和饮水等帮助。
A September 28 municipal notice says holiday volunteer desks are operating at Jingdong, Jingnan, Jingxi and Jingbei expressway exits, offering route directions, tourism information and drinking-water assistance to arriving drivers.
四个服务站能解决什么
官方信息列出的服务点位于景东、景南、景西和景北四个高速出入口，主要提供进入城区后的路线指引、文旅咨询和饮水等便民服务。首次自驾到景德镇的游客可在安全停靠并服从现场引导的前提下，询问前往酒店、公共停车场和主要景区的大方向。
来源未公布可承诺的逐站坐标、全天时刻或外语服务，不应把志愿服务站当作固定游客中心、车辆维修点或紧急救援站。现场无服务时，使用高速公路、交管、酒店和景区官方渠道。
问路时把信息说完整
准备目的地中文全名、酒店电话、车牌和预计到达时间，明确自己要去的是陶阳里、陶溪川、三宝、古窑还是远郊点位。景区名称相近或入口分散时，请志愿者指出官方导航关键词和建议停车区域，不要求在匝道、路肩或禁停区临时上下客。
节假日临时交通管理会变化。志愿者提供的是现场辅助，交通标志、交警指挥和道路封控优先；导航与现场冲突时，不倒车、不逆行，前往下一个安全出口或停车区重新规划。
长途自驾还要单独检查车辆与返程
进入城区前检查油量或电量、轮胎、雨刮和乘员状态。疲劳时进入正规服务区休息，不把志愿服务饮水点当作持续补给；去瑶里、高岭或浮梁乡村前，另核实天气、山区道路、充电和返程时间。
车内不要留护照、现金或高价值陶瓷。需要医疗、事故或车辆救援时使用相应紧急和道路服务渠道，志愿服务不能替代110、120或高速公路救援。
What the four desks can help with
The official notice places desks at the Jingdong, Jingnan, Jingxi and Jingbei expressway exits, mainly for route directions into the city, tourism consultation and drinking-water assistance. A first-time driver may ask for the general route to a hotel, public car park or major attraction after stopping safely and following on-site directions.
The source does not publish guaranteed coordinates for each desk, round-the-clock hours or foreign-language service. Do not treat it as a permanent visitor center, repair shop or emergency-rescue station. If no desk is operating, use official expressway, traffic, hotel and attraction channels.
Give complete information when asking
Prepare the full Chinese destination name, hotel phone, vehicle plate and estimated arrival. Distinguish Taoyangli, Taoxichuan, Sanbao, Ancient Kiln and rural destinations. For similar attraction names or multiple entrances, ask for the official navigation keyword and suggested parking area; never request a stop on a ramp, shoulder or prohibited zone.
Holiday traffic management changes. Volunteers assist, while road signs, police directions and closures take priority. If navigation conflicts with the scene, do not reverse or drive against traffic; use the next safe exit or parking area to reroute.
Long-distance drivers still need vehicle and return checks
Before downtown, check fuel or charge, tires, wipers and driver condition. Rest at a proper service area when tired rather than treating a volunteer water desk as continuous resupply. Before Yaoli, Gaoling or rural Fuliang, separately verify weather, mountain roads, charging and return time.
Do not leave passports, cash or valuable ceramics in the vehicle. Use the correct emergency and road-service channels for medical needs, accidents or breakdowns; volunteer help does not replace police, ambulance or expressway rescue.
