景德镇交警9月18日发布中秋国庆假期“两公布一提示”，内容包括假期安排、天气、交通流预判、重要提醒和风险路段。游客应同时查看具体道路通告与出发当天现场指引。
On September 18, Jingdezhen traffic police issued a Mid-Autumn and National Day advisory covering the holiday calendar, weather, expected flows, key reminders and risk sections. Visitors must also check road-specific notices and same-day directions.
全市提示与单条管制不是一回事
“两公布一提示”用于提醒整体流量与安全风险；三宝路、珠山区核心道路或临时活动的具体时段、路段和车辆规则，还要阅读各自公告。只保存一张全市提示无法代替详细管制。
节日期间核心景区、商圈、高铁站和进出城道路可能在不同时段拥堵。导航预计时间应加上停车、步行、安检和排队。
城区与远郊用不同方案
陶阳里、陶溪川等城区点位优先公共交通、合规网约车或指定停车换乘；去瑶里、高岭、礼芳等乡村方向，应再核对天气、道路、景区开放和返程油电保障。
不要为绕过管制进入狭窄居民路、村道或未开放便道。遇交警临时调整，以现场标志和指挥为准。
返程设置两级缓冲
第一层为景区离场、步行和叫车等待，第二层为道路拥堵、车站进站或机场手续。不可改签的高铁与航班前，不安排最后一场无法提前离开的体验课。
包车合同写明等待、绕行、超时和最晚返程；自驾游客避免疲劳驾驶。饮酒后不驾驶，也不让明显疲劳或饮酒的人员继续开车。
A citywide advisory is not a road-specific control
The advisory summarizes flow and safety risks. Exact hours, roads and vehicle rules for Sanbao Road, central Zhushan or an event still require their individual notices. One citywide screenshot cannot replace detailed controls.
Core attractions, commercial areas, the rail station and access roads may peak at different times. Add parking, walking, security and queues to the navigation estimate.
Use different plans for city and countryside
For Taoyangli and Taoxichuan, favor public transport, compliant app cars or designated park-and-transfer. For Yaoli, Gaoling, Lifang and other rural directions, recheck weather, roads, venue opening and return fuel or charging.
Do not evade controls through narrow residential lanes, village roads or unopened tracks. On-site police direction and signs take priority when traffic management changes.
Use two return buffers
The first covers attraction exit, walking and vehicle dispatch; the second covers road congestion, station entry or airport procedures. Do not place a class that cannot end early immediately before a non-changeable train or flight.
A private-car agreement should cover waiting, detours, overtime and latest return. Drivers must avoid fatigue; nobody should drive after alcohol or allow a visibly tired or impaired person to continue.
