景德镇市交通运输局9月3日发布信息称，相关部门已检查北站南、北广场和出站通道的标识、服务设施，以及公交、长运、出租车和网约车上客点。会议提出节前推进14项事项，包括导流标识、场站管理、志愿者调配和应急方案。
这是节前准备进展，不是固定上客点和班次的永久承诺。工程、客流和管理安排都可能使现场动线变化。
到站后的正确顺序
先看站内官方指引，确认自己从南广场还是北广场出站，再前往有标识的公交、出租车或网约车区域。不要在机动车道、落客区或非指定路边等待司机。
与接站人员共享车次、预计到达、出口、人数、行李和联系电话；使用酒店或景点中文名称，避免只发送英文译名。
节假日预留多少余量
中秋、国庆前后可能出现高峰。赶博物馆预约、陶艺课或跨城客运时，不采用最短换乘时间；大件行李、儿童和老人需要更多余量。
包车应确认车辆牌照、司机、接客区域和等待规则。多语种导游可以协助沟通，但不能要求车辆进入封闭或禁停区域。
What is being improved
The September 3 municipal transport notice says authorities inspected signage and facilities in the north and south plazas and exit passages, together with bus, coach, taxi and ride-hailing points. Fourteen pre-holiday tasks include wayfinding, terminal management, volunteer deployment and emergency planning.
This is a readiness update, not a permanent guarantee of pickup points or frequency. Works, passenger volume and operational control may change the route through the station.
The right arrival sequence
Follow official signs first, identify whether you have exited at the north or south plaza, then use the marked bus, taxi or app-car area. Never wait in a traffic lane, drop-off zone or unsigned roadside space.
Send the driver your train, expected arrival, exit, group size, luggage and phone number. Include the hotel or attraction name in Chinese rather than relying on an English translation.
Allow a holiday margin
Crowds may rise around Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Do not use the shortest possible transfer for a museum booking, workshop or coach; large bags, children and seniors need extra time.
A private-car order should confirm plate, driver, pickup zone and waiting terms. A multilingual guide may assist communication but cannot bring a vehicle into a closed or no-stopping area.
