为什么车辆类别很重要
官方通告覆盖全市租赁电动车和互联网平台租赁车辆，集中整治时间为2026年8月13日至10月8日，并将长期坚持。检查内容包括车辆合规、号牌、停放、充电安全、明码标价和交通违法。
商户口中的“电动车”可能是电动自行车、电动轻便摩托车或电动摩托车。租车前应看清车辆类别、号牌和合同。
年龄、驾照和骑行要求
租赁电动自行车骑行人须年满16周岁；电动轻便摩托车需要F、E或D驾驶证；电动摩托车需要E或D驾驶证。整治还查处不戴头盔、逆行、违规载人和准驾车型不符。
持境外驾照的游客不应自行假定可以直接驾驶摩托车型车辆。无法确认合法资格时，出租车、公共交通或包车更稳妥。
租车检查清单
选择固定经营场所，确认明码标价、押金和超时规则；拍照记录车况；试刹车、灯光和轮胎；佩戴合格头盔；保存故障和事故电话；拒绝无牌或明显改装车辆。
市中心短距离骑行较方便，但雨天、高温、夜间、携带儿童、前往瑶里或多点连线时，不建议把电动车作为唯一交通方式。

Age, licence and riding rules
Rental electric-bicycle riders must be at least 16. Electric mopeds require an F, E or D licence; electric motorcycles require an E or D licence. Enforcement also covers helmets, wrong-way riding, illegal passengers and licence-class violations.
Do not assume a foreign licence automatically authorizes motorcycle-class riding in China. If legal eligibility cannot be confirmed, use a taxi, public transport or private car.
A practical rental check
Use an established operator, confirm price/deposit/overtime rules, photograph existing damage, test brakes/lights/tyres, wear a proper helmet and save the emergency contact. Decline unregistered or visibly modified vehicles.
E-bikes suit short central trips, but are a poor sole option in rain, extreme heat, at night, with children or for Yaoli and multi-stop regional days.
