珠山区9月16日发布节日期间部分道路临时交通管制通告，提示游客优先使用公共交通、景区接驳或步行。具体时段和路段须以原通告及现场标志为准。
A September 16 Zhushan notice announces temporary holiday road controls and recommends public transport, attraction shuttles or walking. Exact periods and road sections remain subject to the original notice and on-site signs.
与三宝管制不是同一条公告
本次珠山区公告涉及节日期间核心城区部分道路，与此前三宝路9月25日至10月7日的专项管制需要分别查看。自驾和包车不能只保存一张旧截图。
出发前打开珠山区政府原通告，核对当天日期、时段、单行或禁行要求及现场更新；导航软件延迟时，以交警和交通标志为准。
入境游客的换乘方案
把车辆停放或下客安排在允许区域，再用公共交通、景区接驳或步行进入核心区。酒店位于管制范围附近时，提前向前台索取当天建议入口和合法上下客点。
带大件行李、轮椅、儿童车或大量陶瓷时，不临时穿越拥挤步行区；先把行李送到酒店或寄存，再轻装参观。
返程比到达更重要
约定固定返程会合点和最晚时间，保存酒店中文地址、司机电话和备用打车点。赶高铁或航班时，为绕行、步行和排队增加至少一段缓冲。
管制可能随实时车流调整，本文不替代9月16日原通告或现场指挥。不要绕入狭窄乡村道路逃避管理。
This is separate from the Sanbao notice
The new Zhushan notice concerns holiday controls on selected central roads. It must be read separately from the earlier Sanbao Road control scheduled for September 25–October 7. Drivers should not rely on one old screenshot.
Open the district notice before departure and check the date, hours, one-way or restricted conditions and updates. Police directions and road signs control if navigation is late.
Transfer plan for international visitors
Arrange parking or drop-off in a permitted area, then use public transport, an attraction shuttle or walking for the core. If the hotel is near a controlled zone, request the day's recommended entrance and legal pickup point from reception.
Do not carry large luggage, wheelchairs, strollers or many ceramic cartons through a crowded pedestrian area at the last minute. Deliver or store luggage first and visit light.
The return matters more
Agree one return meeting point and latest time, and save the hotel address in Chinese, driver number and a backup ride-hailing point. Add margin for detours, walking and queues before a train or flight.
Controls may change with traffic. This article cannot replace the September 16 notice or on-site management, and travelers must not evade controls via narrow rural roads.
