先看清官方规则
博物馆周二至周日9:00开放，16:30停止入馆、17:00闭馆，周一通常闭馆；个人最长可提前5天在“畅游景德镇”微信小程序实名预约。官方明确未授权第三方代抢或售卖名额。
须知把实体身份证列为闸机凭证，但没有在该页完整说明所有外籍证件的核验流程。护照游客应提前联系官方游客服务中心确认可选证件类型、人工窗口和随行儿童规则，不要自行假定。
预约信息怎样填写
姓名拼写应与护照机读页一致，保存预约成功截图、预约日期和时段。行程变化及时取消，避免爽约记录；团队须按官方时限提交每位成员的真实信息。
当天携带护照原件，预留安检和人工核验时间。第三方所谓“免预约票”“内部名额”或与讲解捆绑的加价名额均不属于官方渠道。
行李与替代方案
随身包裹需要安检，大件行李可先查询广场自助寄存柜的尺寸和空位。若护照核验、名额或临时闭馆无法解决，可改去已确认开放的陶艺工作室、陶溪川展馆或老城步行点。

Read the official rules first
The museum opens Tuesday–Sunday at 09:00, with last entry at 16:30 and closing at 17:00; Monday is normally closed. Individuals can book up to five days ahead through the official Changyou Jingdezhen WeChat mini-program. No third party is authorized to sell or grab slots.
The notice names the physical Chinese ID card as the gate credential but does not fully describe every foreign-document workflow. Passport holders should contact visitor services in advance about document selection, manual verification and children rather than assume acceptance.
Enter booking details correctly
Use the name exactly as shown on the passport machine-readable page and save the successful booking, date and time. Cancel promptly after a change. Groups must submit genuine details for every member within the official window.
Carry the original passport and allow time for security and a manual check. A paid 'no-booking ticket', 'internal quota' or bundled reservation sold by a third party is not an official channel.
Luggage and a fallback
Bags are screened; check size and availability before relying on the self-service lockers in the square. If passport verification, capacity or a closure cannot be resolved, switch to a confirmed ceramic studio, Taoxichuan venue or old-city walk.
Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Korean guides may assist communication, but cannot replace the traveler's document or guarantee entry. Same-day museum rules control.
