先分清住宿类型
外国人在旅馆住宿时，登记通常由旅馆依法办理；住在朋友家、自有住房、非旅馆型工作室或其他住所时，不应假设预订平台已经完成登记。订房前问清经营者能否办理外籍住宿登记、需要哪些证件，以及由谁在何时提交。
入住时携带护照原件，保存完整中文地址、房东或留宿人联系方式和入住日期。更换住所后重新核实，不用上一家住宿的记录代替新地址。
景德镇有哪些线下帮助
景德镇市政府2026年3月31日介绍，陶溪川、陶源谷等“洋景漂”集聚区已设置移民事务服务站，功能包括出入境证件预受理、政策咨询、临时住宿登记和生活服务。对在工作室驻留、探亲或住非标准住宿的外籍客人，这是比自行猜流程更可靠的咨询入口。
服务站位置、受理时间和材料要求可能调整，出发前通过景德镇公安出入境管理部门或12367确认。服务站可协助受理与解释，但不能代替本人提交真实信息。
不要误用其他省份的线上试点
国家移民管理局2026年3月20日公布的网上办理试点最初覆盖河北、辽宁、浙江、湖北、广西、重庆和四川，公告同时说明会根据情况逐步推广。江西是否已纳入后续范围，应以办理当日官方页面或12367答复为准，不因看到全国性二维码就直接认定景德镇可线上完成。
若线上入口不适用或材料无法核验，按属地公安机关要求线下办理。包车与多语种导游可以协助到达服务点和一般翻译，但法律责任、材料真实性与最终受理由本人、留宿人和主管机关分别承担。
Identify the accommodation type first
A hotel normally completes the legally required registration. A friend's home, owned residence, non-hotel studio or other private address should not be assumed registered by a booking platform. Before paying, ask whether the host can register foreign guests, which documents are needed and who submits them when.
Carry the original passport and save the full Chinese address, host contact and check-in date. Recheck after moving; a record for the previous address does not cover the new stay.
Local help in Jingdezhen
A March 31, 2026 municipal account says immigration service stations in foreign-artist clusters including Taoxichuan and Taoyuangu provide document pre-acceptance, policy consultation, temporary accommodation registration and everyday support. They are a practical contact for studio residents, private-home stays and less conventional lodging.
Location, hours and required materials may change. Confirm through Jingdezhen public-security immigration services or the national 12367 hotline before visiting. A station can explain and process eligible matters, but cannot replace truthful information from the guest and host.
Do not misread another province's online pilot
The National Immigration Administration's March 20, 2026 online pilot initially named Hebei, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangxi, Chongqing and Sichuan, with gradual expansion planned. Whether Jiangxi has since joined must be checked on the official platform or with 12367 on the filing day; a nationwide QR code alone is not proof that Jingdezhen is enabled.
If online processing is unavailable or verification fails, follow the local police authority's offline procedure. A private car or multilingual guide may help with transport and general interpretation, while legal responsibility, data accuracy and acceptance remain with the guest, host and authority.
