卡片只放关键事实

中国医疗急救电话为120。出现意识障碍、呼吸困难、胸痛、严重外伤或其他紧急情况时，不等待导游或自行跨城就医，直接呼叫急救并说明当前位置。

翻译、保险与付款

Keep only critical facts on the card

Do not rely on brand names or loose unidentified tablets. Keep a short wallet version and a full offline phone copy; partially mask document numbers so a lost card does not expose everything.

China's medical emergency number is 120. For altered consciousness, breathing difficulty, chest pain, serious injury or another emergency, call promptly and state the location rather than waiting for a guide or traveling across the city independently.
