官方称景德镇已完成近800座公交站台双语改造、推动千余家商户开通外卡支付，并组建400人外语志愿队。本文说明这些服务能解决什么，以及失效时怎样备用。

交通信息准备两份
双语站牌有助于确认站名和方向，但线路临时调整、末班时间和换乘仍要以公交运营信息为准。把酒店、景点和下车站的中文名称截图保存，并准备离线地图。
远郊、携带陶瓷或夜间返程不要只依赖公交。备用方案可以是正规网约车、提前确认的包车或酒店协助叫车。
外卡可用不等于处处可刷
官方称千余家商户已开通外卡支付，但卡组织、终端、网络、限额和发卡行风控都可能影响单笔交易。付款前确认金额与币种，保留签购单或电子凭证。
准备已测试的移动支付、实体银行卡和少量人民币现金。不要让陌生人代收验证码、远程控制手机或把付款转到与商户不一致的个人账户。
志愿者、导游和官方柜台的边界
外语志愿者适合方向指引和基础沟通，不能替代签证、医疗、执法、鉴定或合同意见。涉及护照、遗失物、纠纷和紧急情况，应联系场馆、警方、12345或相应机构。
复杂陶瓷研学、商务采购或多日行程应提前预约有明确语言和服务范围的导游。保存酒店电话、同行联系人和行程单，避免把所有信息只放在一个手机里。
Keep transport information in two forms
Bilingual stops help confirm names and direction, but temporary changes, last departures and transfers still depend on operator information. Save screenshots of the hotel, attraction and stop names in Chinese, plus an offline map.
Do not depend only on buses for rural travel, fragile ceramics or a late return. Keep a licensed ride-hailing option, confirmed private car or hotel-arranged transport as backup.
Card-enabled does not mean every payment will work
The city says more than 1,000 merchants now accept foreign cards, but network, terminal, card scheme, limit and issuer controls can still affect a transaction. Confirm amount and currency and retain the receipt or digital record.
Prepare a tested mobile-payment method, a physical card and some RMB cash. Never share one-time codes, allow remote phone control or transfer to an unrelated personal account.
Volunteer, guide and official-counter boundaries
Language volunteers can assist with directions and basic communication; they cannot replace immigration, medical, police, appraisal or contract advice. For passports, lost items, disputes or emergencies, contact the venue, police, 12345 or the competent agency.
Complex ceramic study, sourcing or multi-day travel needs a guide booked with a clear language and scope. Keep hotel phone, companion contact and itinerary in more than one device or format.
