The fair brings 37 overseas ceramic brands from 19 countries and includes cross-border procurement, making cultural guiding, exhibition accompaniment and business interpreting distinct jobs. For Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese or Korean support, define the task, language variety, ceramic terminology, documents, confidentiality, transport and overtime.

Choose guide, exhibition escort or business interpreter

A guide explains city, heritage and ceramic culture and manages a route. An exhibition escort helps locate halls, sequence appointments and handle general conversation. A business interpreter must convey specifications, quantities, lead times, price, payment, IP and contract discussion accurately. Services may be combined only when defined before quotation.

No language professional can guarantee organizer admission, replace registration, authenticate an object or make legal and financial decisions for either party. Simultaneous equipment, formal conference work and technical negotiation require separately verified qualifications and setup.

Make the language requirement executable

State the primary language, guest nationality or variety, whether English can serve as a bridge, and standard pronunciation of names and organizations. Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Korean support remains subject to staff availability for the exact dates.

Send the exhibitor list, agenda, product images, material and process terms, units and desired outcome in advance. Without technical preparation, the interpreter must clarify terms live, reducing speed and accuracy.

Fix price, confidentiality and overtime before departure

Confirm date, start and finish, meeting point, scope, transport, meal breaks, overtime, cancellation and payee in writing. Transfers, queues and evening programs use real working time; 'one day' is not a sufficient duration definition.

For unreleased designs, supplier pricing or client data, agree suitable confidentiality and restrict photographs, recordings and redistribution. Both parties should verify figures, proper names and contract wording afterward; interpretation notes do not automatically constitute a contract.
