“即买即退”已全国推广，但只适用于已实施离境退税地区内取得资格的商店，并须完成信用卡预授权、海关验核和指定口岸离境；不能把普通瓷店收据直接当作退税凭证。
Refund-upon-purchase has been promoted nationwide, but only qualified stores in participating regions apply, with credit-card preauthorization, customs verification and departure through a designated port. An ordinary ceramic receipt is not automatically a tax-refund document.
先问商店资格，不先算退税金额
国家税务总局公告明确，“即买即退”是在已实施离境退税政策地区，由取得资格的“即买即退”商店提供。境外旅客签订协议并办理信用卡预授权后，可在店内取得与预计退税款等额的人民币预付金。
在景德镇选瓷时先确认店铺是否为当前有效的离境退税商店、是否提供“即买即退”，并查看正式标识和可办理品类。没有资格的店铺不能因为开具普通发票就自动办理退税。
把三组材料一起保留
保留本人有效国际旅行证件、购物发票、退税申请资料、协议、付款与信用卡预授权记录。陶瓷应保持便于海关验核的状态，不要在离境前丢弃标签、单据或把多张订单混成无法对应的包装。
高价作品、定制品、古旧或来源不清物品还涉及鉴定、交付和进出境边界，不能仅用消费退税规则判断能否携带出境。与卖方、承运人和海关分别核实。
最终完成点在离境环节
公告要求旅客在约定期限内从指定口岸离境并通过海关验核，符合条件后才解除信用卡预授权并办结；不符合约定时，预付金可通过预授权扣回。景德镇并非国际行程的最终离境口岸时，还要为上海、杭州、广州或其他实际离境地的办理时间留余量。

Check store status before estimating a refund
The State Taxation Administration says refund-upon-purchase is offered by qualified stores in regions already operating departure tax refunds. An eligible overseas visitor signs an agreement and completes credit-card preauthorization before receiving a RMB advance equal to the estimated refund.
Before buying ceramics in Jingdezhen, confirm that the store is currently authorized for departure tax refunds, whether it offers the immediate service and which goods qualify. A normal invoice from an unqualified shop does not create refund eligibility.
Keep three sets of records together
Retain the valid travel document, purchase invoice, refund application material, agreement, payment and card-preauthorization record. Keep ceramics available for customs inspection, with labels, documents and packing traceable to each order.
Valuable, commissioned, old or unclear-provenance pieces also raise authentication, delivery and export questions. A consumer tax-refund rule alone cannot establish whether an object may leave China; verify separately with seller, carrier and customs.
Completion happens at departure
The announcement requires departure through a designated port within the agreed period and successful customs verification before preauthorization is released and the process completes. If conditions are not met, the advance may be recovered through the card authorization. When Jingdezhen is not the final international exit, leave time at the actual departure port.
