The 2026 Jingdezhen Forum runs October 17–20 with a main forum, four parallel forums, study visits and an outcome exhibition, but the official release does not publish one general-public registration channel. Visitors should verify conference, invited visit and public exhibition access separately.
Verify four kinds of access separately
The main forum, parallel forums, invited study visits and outcome exhibition do not necessarily share admission. The official release describes a forum-plus-visits-plus-exhibition format but does not say every element is public. Check the latest government, organizer or venue notice for date, place, document and invitation requirements.
Without an electronic confirmation, name list or public ticket notice, do not simply appear at security or buy an alleged inside badge from an individual. If the outcome exhibition opens separately, follow that venue's own hours and booking rules.
Prepare identity and a communication card
Use the passport spelling for registration and carry the original document and confirmation. Keep an offline bilingual card with your name, organization, program, contact and hotel name in Chinese, plus a charged phone and power bank for network or verification failure.
Cultural guiding, simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation and business accompaniment are distinct services. State the language, specialist field, hours, note-taking and confidentiality needs. A guide or interpreter cannot replace an invitation, registration or security clearance.
Respect professional and city boundaries
Do not photograph badges, slides, closed discussions or another attendee's papers without permission. Record only agreed contact details after exchanging cards; a group photograph is not proof of partnership or publication consent.
Forum traffic may increase around venues and city attractions. Keep ordinary sightseeing cancellable, allow security and legal pickup time, and switch to a public museum, ceramic district or booked studio if access is unavailable rather than disrupting a professional event.
