Zhushan Ceramic Fair programs spread across Taoxichuan, Sanbao and other spaces, some continuing at night. Families should use one venue per half-day, with plans for meeting, seating, toilets, medication and the return instead of chasing the full timetable.

Turn the program into a family pace

Choose one quiet exhibition in the morning, rest after lunch and retain only one market, firing or performance in the evening. Sanbao afternoon crafts and Taoxichuan night programs are in different districts; apparent timetable continuity does not make a safe family transfer.

Older adults, small children and long-haul arrivals need seated water breaks every 60–90 minutes. Cancel the evening when heat, rain or poor sleep makes it unwise.

Mark four points before entry

Identify the entrance, nearest toilet, a seated rest area and a family meeting point outside the exit flow. Give a child a card with the guardian's phone and hotel name in Chinese. Keep an older traveler's medication with the traveler or one fixed caregiver, not across several bags.

Ask before bringing a stroller, wheelchair, folding seat or large luggage. Never stop in a fire route, booth corner or performance exit.

Do not improvise the activity or the return

For a family craft, confirm age, duration, materials, tools, drying or firing, collection and cancellation. Stay outside barriers around kilns and equipment; never carry a child over a line or leave an older person waiting in a dense crowd.

Agree an outer legal pickup in advance and account for evening controls and dispersal. If separated, stay at the meeting point and contact staff rather than moving against the crowd.
