开放参观不等于开放拍摄
人民日报9月3日报道强调景德镇遗产既有遗迹，也有延续千年的制瓷体系与民间传承。作坊是生产空间，老街也有居民生活；购买门票或进入公共区域不自动取得人物肖像、室内和作品细节的拍摄许可。
先用简单中文询问，得到明确同意后再拍；拒绝时立即停止。
设备与行为边界
不用闪光灯直照匠人和文物，不把三脚架挡在窄巷、消防通道或工作动线上，不擅自移动坯体、工具和瓷片。无人机只在空域、景区和社区均明确允许时使用。
拍摄儿童、住宅门口、休息区和未完成设计应更谨慎，不公开个人联系方式或精确私人位置。
商业使用另行确认
个人纪念照与广告、图库、品牌宣传并非同一许可。准备商业发布时，应提前与人物、工作室和场地方书面确认用途、平台、期限和署名。
导游可协助沟通，但不能替他人授权。包车司机不得把客人带入未开放作坊或居民院落。
Open to visitors does not mean open to photography
A September 3 People's Daily report stresses both remains and a ceramic system sustained by living communities. Workshops are workplaces and old lanes contain homes; a ticket or public-space entry does not automatically grant permission for portraits, interiors or detailed designs.
Ask clearly before shooting and stop immediately after a refusal.
Equipment and behavior
Do not flash directly at makers or objects, block a narrow lane, fire route or workflow with a tripod, or move clay bodies, tools and shards. Use a drone only when airspace, venue and community rules all explicitly permit it.
Use extra care around children, doorways, rest areas and unfinished designs. Do not publish personal contacts or precise private locations.
Commercial use needs separate consent
A personal travel photograph is not the same permission as advertising, stock use or brand promotion. For commercial publication, obtain written terms covering use, platform, duration and credit from the person, studio and venue as applicable.
A guide may help communicate but cannot authorize for someone else. A driver must not enter a closed workshop or residential courtyard for a guest.
