拉坯完成不等于作品可以立刻装箱。完整陶艺流程常包含干燥、修坯、素烧、施釉和再烧，每一步都可能受排窑、天气和作品状态影响。
Finishing a thrown form does not mean it can be boxed immediately. A complete pottery process may include drying, trimming, bisque firing, glazing and another firing, each affected by kiln scheduling, weather and the condition of the work.
预约时先问你做的是哪一段
有的体验只包含拉坯或手捏，有的包含绘制现成坯体，也有课程覆盖修坯、上釉和烧成。先问清是否使用自己的坯、是否需要第二次到店、烧成温度和预计完成窗口，不把“做完”理解为“当天可带走”。
大型、厚壁、带把手或结构复杂的作品需要更谨慎干燥。赶时间不能强迫工作室跳过必要步骤，否则开裂、变形和釉面问题风险会增加。
把交付结果写清
留下订单号、作品照片、尺寸、釉色、姓名、电话和收件地址；确认烧成费用、正常工艺差异、失败处理、是否重做、包装、运费及保险。海外地址应逐项核对国家、邮编和联系电话。
如果多人同时上课，每件作品都做可识别标记，避免只靠口头描述。离店前拍摄坯体和交接单，但不要把自然窑变误写成完全可控的颜色承诺。
取件与寄送分两次确认
工作室通知完成后，先请其发送成品照片和外箱尺寸，再决定酒店代收、自取、国内转寄或国际承运。酒店代收需要酒店明确同意、入住姓名一致，并避免在退房后留下无人负责的包裹。
国际寄送另行核对申报品名、价值、税费、保险、目的国限制和破损索赔。多语导游可协助交接，但烧成结果、物流时效和海关决定应由工作室、承运人与相关机构分别确认。
Ask which part of the process you are booking
Some sessions cover only throwing or hand building, others decorate a prepared blank, and longer courses include trimming, glazing and firing. Confirm whether the form is yours, whether a return visit is needed, firing temperature and the expected completion window. 'Made' does not mean 'ready to carry today.'
Large, thick, handled or complex work needs careful drying. Rushing cannot safely remove necessary stages and can increase cracking, warping and glaze problems.
Define the handover result
Record order number, work photograph, size, glaze, name, phone and delivery address. Confirm firing charge, normal variation, failure handling, remake terms, packing, freight and insurance. Check every element of an overseas address, including country, postal code and phone.
In a group class, mark every piece rather than relying on a verbal description. Photograph the greenware and handover note before leaving, but do not turn natural kiln variation into a promise of exact color.
Confirm collection and shipping twice
After completion notice, request a finished-work photo and carton dimensions before choosing hotel receipt, pickup, domestic forwarding or international carriage. A hotel must explicitly accept the parcel under a matching guest name, and an unclaimed box should not remain after checkout.
For international shipping, separately verify description, value, duties, insurance, destination limits and damage claims. A multilingual guide may assist the handover, while firing, delivery and customs decisions belong to the studio, carrier and authorities.
